Summary
Nigerian terrorist group Boko Haram remains a somewhat impenetrable creation. Periodically able to conduct terrorist spectaculars that kill dozens, and acts of brutality such as executing school children as they sleep in their dormitories, the group requires a concerted response. But prior to the recent Nigerian general election of 28–29 March 2015, Boko Haram became a political tennis ball.
