Summary
Recently, the appearance of countering violent extremism (CVE) programs has garnered the attention of both researchers and policy makers alike. These programs are perceived by many as to central to the process of addressing the pressing need to combat radicalization to violence. At the same time, the relatively recent influx of these programs has raised a variety of questions.
